Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are the contract between you and BECOS LUXURY when you buy from the United States store. The Terms of service, Privacy policy, Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Payment policy are part of that contract. Placing an order confirms that you agree. If you do not agree, do not buy from this store.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you buy for someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

A submitted order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods or send an acceptance email. We may decline or cancel before dispatch if an item is unavailable, a price was posted in error, we suspect fraud or promotion abuse, or the order appears to be for resale.

If we cancel after a charge, we refund the amount taken for the cancelled items to the original payment method.

Prices on this store are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your delivery address and shown before you pay. Shipping, if any, is shown at checkout.

We correct listing errors when we find them. If an item was priced by mistake, we may cancel and notify you, or ask you to confirm the correct price before dispatch. Product images are a guide; fragrance liquid and packaging can vary slightly by batch.

Offers apply only on the terms shown with them, and only while they last. Codes cannot be stacked unless we say so. Products are for personal use and gifting, not for resale. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are for resale, and we may refuse to reissue a code used on a cancelled order.

Delivery follows the Shipping policy. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund policy. Opened fragrance is not returnable for hygiene reasons, except for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, as the Refund policy describes.

To the fullest extent US law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a purchase. We do not limit liability where the law forbids that, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. State consumer rights stay in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the delivery address, without weakening any non-waivable consumer right.
